Question - on milk days can we eat any kind of yogurt, like Yoplait? Should it be low fat or anything?? I hope we can!!

HI. Whole milk, plain yogurt. Nothing good and tasty like Yoplait!

I had a problem even thinking of it, but I added garlic, onion, cucumber and as many herbs and spices I could lay my hands on in the house. I thought I would hate it but it was pretty tasty, sort of like a dip.

I asked the same question from Dr Nash and the asnwer is that on milk days we can only have either whole milk or plain yogurt every 10 day cycle. I tried plain yogurt on the 2nd 10 days with a dash of dried mint and cucumber and it tastes great.

Whole milk greek yogurt, like Fage, is great with honey on it. I thought it sounded gross before I tried it, but it is one of my favorite things to eat now :)

Can you have the same quantity of yogurt, as with milk (i.e. 2.5 cups/day)? I know yogurt has more calories than milk, so just want to double check.

you can have the one with honey....that's ok. and yes, the one that says only total. The ones you can't have are total 2% and total 0%.

Also, when I asked Dr. Nash if it was the same quantity he said yes. The large tubs of Fage are 17.5 oz and I usually can't finish that in a day. It is very filling!

Good Luck
